In order to make the EVERYrun an environment of hospitality and fellowship we need an enthusiastic team of volunteers serving in various different ways. Thank you for considering investing your time and talent into making the EVERYone excellent and beautiful.

When you click on one of the Volunteer links below, you'll be taken to a form where you'll input your information and choose the role you want to fill. Someone from our team will follow up quickly to provide further instructions.

RACE MANAGEMENT

We need people to help with setting up our starting line, transferring participants between wheelchairs, serving as course marshals, parking attendants, etc.

CHALK ART

We need people to come throughout the day to write encouraging messages and create beautiful designs on the sidewalk course.

FINISH LINE

We need people to help us decorate our "Victory Chute," hand out finisher medals and drinks, populate our "Sea of Enthusiasm" (cheering section for finish), etc.

DANCE PARTY

We need people to come early to set up our dance floor, ensure the party is a BLAST, and stick around afterwards to take down our decorations.

EVENT CLEAN UP

We need people to help us pick up signs, take down decorations, load up cars, etc. so we can leave Cascades Park better than we found it.

PRE-RACE & REGISTRATION

We need people to man our shirt pick-up the week before the EVERYrun and also to man our registration tables the day of.
